Q: How do I secure you for my wedding day ?
In order to reserve the day for you, I require a 30% retainer fee of the total price, including the signed Beauty by Cassie Brunet service agreement. Date reservations are based on a first come first serve basis. I will not hold a date without the retainer fee paid in full under any circumstances, please note the retainer fee is non refundable if you change your mind or cancel your wedding.
Q: How far in advance should I book your services for my wedding day?
I accept bookings up to 1 year in advance. (Availability is limited as I only book one wedding a day)
Q: Do I need to book a trial? When should I book it with you?
The bridal consultation is not required, but is highly recommended.
If you would like to book your bridal trial I do suggest 3-4 months before the big day.

Q: Do I need a minimum number of people to book?
For all weddings there is a 3 person service minimum
Q: How long do services take?
A makeup application will take about 40-45 minutes.
(We require additional time in between each client to clean and disinfect our work station)
Q: How many people can you provide services for?
I am able to accommodate up to 5 people. If your party is larger than 5 people, an additional artist will be required, an additional fee does apply. If your on a tighter time frame you may want to consider having the additional artist.
Q: What if some of my wedding party decides they do not want makeup application services after booking?
The Number of Services ($ amount) is final, once services are confirmed they must be redeemed on date of wedding or event. Client can add in additional people and or service, If the artist has time. If subtracting applications as stated above full payment is still expected and having another person fill in this spot is highly recommended.
Q: Do you charge for travel?
Travel within a 50km radius of my location in Cambridge is complimentary.
For any travel over 50km a $1 per 1km fee each way, will be applied
Q: When do I pay the wedding day balance?
The remaining balance for your wedding party is payable by e transfer a minimum of 3 days prior to the wedding day in one payment, or it can be paid by cash or debit (square tap) in full, the day of the wedding.
