Beauty by Cassie Brunet takes pride in providing you with the safest and most sanitary service(s) possible.

These precautionary measures are to protect you, your loved ones, clients and myself.  Below you will find out how Cassie is taking precautions with each and every client she see's

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bridal Consultation (In Studio)

I will be wearing a medical grade disposable face mask along with a face shield/and or goggles with every client.

My face shield/ and or goggles will be wiped down between clients. And disposable masks will be disposed of after each client.

When you arrive to my location please give me a call, or text. Please do not arrive any earlier then 5 mins prior to your appointment. 

Prior to entering my location, all clients will be required to wear a mask, please bring your own, if you do not have one I do have disposable masks for sale, your mask will  temporary have to be removed once I start your makeup application in the studio. And placed back on upon leaving the studio. 

All clients are required to have there temperature taken and to fill out a COVID-19 waiver prior to service. 

  • We have the right to refuse services if the client has any symptoms associated with COVID-19

  • We cannot perform services if the client has been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 within the last 14 days

  • We will not be able to perform services if the client  has traveled outside of Canada within the last 14 days

 

*It is your responsibility to let me know prior to your scheduled appointment. As I will require we reschedule your appointment* 

 

If temperature is normal and results from the questionnaire are also good then we can proceed. There will be a hand sanitizer station just as you walk in the door for you to use before heading into the studio room. Please limit personal belongings and only bring in what is needed. Footwear and coats will be placed into a sealable container. 

 

You will notice an abundant amount of signage around my studio, addressing issues such as safe distancing protocols, adequate hand hygiene, signs and symptoms of COVID-19, and pre-screening questions.

 

The studio will look a bit sparse.  All items in the room have to be able to be disinfected with approved Health Canada product before and after your makeup application.

 

Before I enter the room I will have washed my hands following hand hygiene protocol, then once in the room I will use the hand sanitizer that has been placed in the room. 

 

Following your makeup application I will use hand sanitizer that is placed in the room. Then I will be washing my hands with soap and water.  

 

Prior to and after every client in studio my working surface is cleaned and disinfected. 

 

All makeup containers will be closed prior to and  after use (only open to access necessary product) and not left open on the work station.

 

All containers are cleaned and wiped down between clients to avoid cross contamination. 

 

I will always scrape or scoop out product 

(This means No double dipping)

I will always have a clean and disinfected set of brushes and tools for each client.

 

Once application is completed they are stored in a disinfecting container. For cleaning and sanitization.

 

Payments for all makeup applications will need to be made by e transfer or square using tap. ( will be cleaned & disinfected after use)

 

If I myself am not in good health I will need to reschedule your appointment to a future date.

Wedding Day (On Location)

I will greet you with a smile (it is your wedding day!)

under a medical grade disposable face mask along with a face shield/and or goggles. These will be worn with every client.

 

My face shield/ and or goggles will be wiped down between clients. And disposable masks will be disposed of after each client. 

Please be patient with me as I will need a bit of extra time between clients to sanitize and disinfect my station, my equipment and wash my hands. Then set up a new clean station for my next client. 

When I arrive to your location please give me time to set up.

All makeup clients will be required to wear a mask around my station (please bring your own, if you do not have one I do have disposable masks for sale, your mask will temporarily have to be removed once I start your makeup application)

I require my station be set up in a well lit room (bathrooms are not acceptable) with adequate space to set up my station and tools, and social distance when possible.

No one is allowed to touch my tools, or station other then my chair to sit in.  photography is permitted around my station as long as the photographer is at a safe distance (COVID-19 social distancing guidelines) and is wearing a mask.

Other then the photographer, I require only those having services done to be in the room.

If results are all negative then we can proceed. 

There will be a hand sanitizer at my station, please wash your hands as well prior to coming to my station. (Please ensure all traces of makeup are removed prior to your application as well).

 

Please limit personal belongings and only bring in what is needed to my station.

All non porous items (ie: chair, table, countertops, phone etc.)  at my station have to be able to be disinfected with approved Health Canada product before and after your makeup application.

Prior to and after every client at my station my working surface is cleaned and disinfected.

My work station will have minimal product/tools out.

 

All containers are cleaned and wiped down between clients to avoid cross contamination.

I will always scrape or scoop out product
(This means No double dipping) onto a disposable wax paper palette. 


I will always have a clean and disinfected set of brushes and tools for each client.

 

Once an application is completed they are stored in a disinfecting container. For cleaning and sanitization.

I will always keep clean supplies separate from used ones.

Payments for all makeup applications will need to be made by e transfer or square using tap. (This will be cleaned & disinfected before & after each use)

If I myself am not in good health I will source an alternate trusted makeup artist, in the case I am unable to find a replacement. I will refund your retainer.

COVID-19 POLICIES

Public Health Guidelines  

If your services are scheduled but my services are not permitted at the time, services will unfortunately be cancelled. Beauty by Cassie Brunet is required to follow Public Health Guidelines for services.  Any retainer fees paid will be carried forward as a future credit when allowed to operate once again.

​​Postponement  

 If the wedding/ event date is postponed due to Covid-19 and Beauty By Cassie Brunet is available,  Cassie will happily move the retainer fee over to the new date free of charge once. (If the date is moved more than once, Beauty by Cassie Brunet will implement an administrative fee of $25 each time afterwards, the fee is to be paid prior to receiving the revised contract. Failing to pay, will void out the new date request.  If the new date requested is booked on Cassie's end with another client. Cassie will issue a credit that can be used towards​ services within 365 days of the cancellation. This can be used towards a makeup application or group event requiring makeup services. If not used, the client will excuse Beauty by Cassie Brunet from all services and obligations, and the client is also excused from any further payments to Beauty by Cassie Brunet.

​​Cancellation 

If the wedding date/ or event is cancelled or client voluntarily decides they no longer want to use Beauty by Cassie Brunet’s services.  Client acknowledges that the retainer fee is non-refundable, and fully earned.
